For quite some time I have wanted to create a blog dedicated to my love of food. So I give you NOSH, it will have all of my musings, experiments, recipies, stories, and all things food related in my life. Food is a large part of my life, and I intend to share all of my experiences with you.

Oh, sweetheart. I'm sitting here on Saturday morning enjoying watching the morning come fully into the sky as I visit your blog and Marianne's--and I think back to 25 years ago next Monday when the call came from Samoa that you had arrived. Every moment of watching you become who you are has been a gift; now here you are with so many powerful loves and passions that infortm how you live. I am so glad that I have lived long enough to see who you are at 25. Happy, happy birthday.
P. S. The recipes are making me hungry and I'm glad to find none for beef. Years ago one of my ethics students wrote "Why Be a Vegetarian" for her term paper, and while I'm not fully there yet, since reading her strong and credible claims and evidence and studying the ethics of eating, I've traveled a far distance thanks to her and others. I'm glad you're on this road much earlier in your life.
